Initiate Your Return
Log into your account to view your recent orders and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Eyewear
Place the frames in their original protective case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and authenticity certificates are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original package or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
